Laura is the founder of This Mum Means Business, formally a sole trader of The Fallen Angel Gallery. After being struck down with Australian Flu in 2017, then developing ME, printing became a daily battle and her business began to crumble.
Becoming unemployed was not even an option, so she decided to expand on her flair for Graphic Design.
Knowing the problems that she had – keeping the printing plates spinning, as well as designing for orders, cleaning office spaces, interacting with customers and advertising, it seemed like a natural progression to take some of the pressure off of other printers having the same difficulties.
Laura also has a number of accreditations and qualifications in setting up in business and social media marketing (just to name a few).
Using these tools along with creating exclusive, limited, sought after designs, she has managed to not only change the dynamics of many small printing businesses globally, but also empowered businesswomen and men all over the world.
Helping them to value their time and skillsets, charge their worth, market their products much more efficiently by sharing her knowledge of the popular selling platform Etsy.
Sam believe it or not started off as one of This Mum Means Business’ most loyal customers, so addicted to buying designs that she would set an alarm at midnight just to be the first to get one. She’s loud, crazy and totally devoted – Sam brings life into TMMB.
Sam otherwise known as Spammy, Spam, Spamantha and other names that cannot be repeated, is always on hand to help out, works extremely hard and will always go out of her way to help struggling members of the group.
Sam is also an extremely talented printer and has always been more than willing to share support and tips with customers whenever it is needed and if she doesn’t know the answer she won’t stop until she does!
She too is the heart of This Mum Means Business.
