Here at This Mum Means Business, we love to have a laugh and not take life too seriously, but occasionally we have to and it’s important that anybody with access to this website adheres to our terms and conditions.

We take breaking the terms and conditions very seriously, with some breaches leading to very serious legal action taken – whether it’s at home or abroad, we always continue to taking legal action when necessary.

All we really ask for here, is that you don’t take screenshots or pass information to third parties – it’s a privilege not a right to be here and we expect you to respect the privacy of a locked down website. Just enjoy being here.

Please remember this is a selling platform, it is not a place to come to get inspiration for your own designs or to pass on to third parties to recreate at a much smaller budget. We are a quality focused business, we don’t cut corners and spend a lot of time and money to be able to bring you unique, high quality designs.

If we find that this term has been broken, we can and will begin legal action immediately – This is not a hobby, this is our livelihoods and our way of supporting our families. As said above we work tirelessly to bring unique, high quality designs – there is no excuse for copyright theft. We even have a legal team on hand to stop copyright breaches happening.

There are many other terms on our facebook page, but those are the main rules here – there’s not many, so we expect for you to respect them.
